We prefer new patients to present themselves at reception. You will need to complete a form and, if possible, provide your NHS number or medical card. If you are unable to attend, for example because of a medical problem, please discuss this with the receptionist.

New Patients
We require all new patients to have a 20 minute appointment in our new patient clinic. This helps us to gain vital basic information about your health and medical history.

Sometimes we will specifically ask a new patient to have an appointment with a doctor, for example when there are complex medical problems.
